Working as our Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager, Tony has over 20 years’ experience, he focuses on ensuring quality & ethical standards are being met across all levels of the business. To best meet the needs of the clients Tony will ensure company policy is being followed by all department members and that the organisation’s messaging and behaviour reflect the rules and regulations of the company and our governing bodies.
Tony also reviews and analyses data in order todevelop plans to recruit, motivate, and encourage employees while striving to improve processes and service quality.
